EARPHONES / HEADPHONES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !! 00:00 - intro 00:30 - pills in a box (tapping, lid sounds, pills moving) 09:00 - glass bottle of water (tapping, pouring water, water sounds, lid sounds, glass sounds) 17:50 - seeds in packaging (seeds falling in it, paper packaging sounds) 24:10 - glasses case (opening / closing sounds, tapping) For those who are not familiar with ASMR, don't cringe (pls): it's supposed to relax you, help you sleep, or give you a weird sensation called tingles. If not then... you would have found out that pouring water from a glass to a bottle is a bad idea. It can still be a useful advice. More seriously, I would say that it all depends on you and how you open yourself at the moment.
