Thank you for taking a look at my channel. I’ve been watching ASMR videos for a long time and have always found them very relaxing, especially when trying to fall asleep. Falling asleep is something I do struggle with, I have for a long time. However, when I watch ASMR I find it helps me switch off and fully relax. It’s helped me so much, I wanted to start making my own, I throughly enjoy making the videos. I’m no expert, but I’m finding making the videos is also just as relaxing. Hope you enjoy them. What is ASMR? A feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound. ASMR can be triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing and scalp massage.
