ASMR Story Time (Cold remedy, triggers at work, suggestions)

Well it looks like I'm getting a cold. I want to share with you some of the strange things I'm doing to combat it. Also my ASMR was triggered at work today and I thought I would recreate the trigger for you. Lastly, I was wondering if you guys had any suggestions for triggers you prefer in videos. I'm planning to incorporate your suggestions in the future. Anyway, that's all I got. I hope this video helps you relax and feel good!
