Binaural ASMR Tingles & The Light Inside - Milton's Secret

Hello everyone! I actually found a book with reference to tingles! Are they ASMR tingles? Who knows? But food for thought nonetheless. This book is called Milton's Secret by Eckhart Tolle who is also the author of one of my favourite books, 'The Power Of Now' I have always felt that ASMR not only relaxes, aids in sleep and many other things but that it is a form of meditation and helps us to stop thinking, be present and focus on the NOW. What our senses are experiencing right now.
