Baking Chocolate Chip Cheesecake! ASMR/Relaxation/Tingly Tastiness

Hello all!! Well a fellow YouTube creator 'DrunkOnNatureASMR' posted a picture of this Cheesecake on Facebook some time ago and I have been dying to try it ever since! He also happened to say that.... and I quote 'I don't think any mere mortal is capable of making it on their own' ..... HA! Queue me ;-) I hope you enjoy the sounds here as I prove that anything is possible or at least worth a try... even Choc Chip Cheesecake! Ingredients & Measurements For the base - 300g/10oz Oreo or Bourbon Biscuits, 50g/2oz unsalted melted butter, 50g/2oz Dark Chocolate Topping - 3 x 8oz packets of soft cheese, 1 x 14oz can sweetened condensed milk, 3 x eggs, 2 x tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 cup of semi sweet choc chips (mixed with 1tsp flour) Oven - 300F/150C Bake at this temp for 1 hour and then turn off the heat and leave in the oven with the door still closed for another hour. Leave out to cool completely before moving over to the refrigerator.
