~ASMR Hand & Hair Relaxation... with car sounds?~ Ok so when I was editing this I had a moment of not being sure whether to go ahead and press upload... I do feel a little bit exposed in this video. However as you can see it is up because I quickly reminded myself why I recorded it in the first place. We all need at times to be reminded that we have a body and soul that needs care and attention. Many of us spend so much time doing for others and feel sad when the same attention isn't received in return (Me in a nutshell for the past ten years... rolls eyes :-D) My new attitude is don't wait to be pampered by another, pamper yourself. Treat yourself (as well as others) how you would like to be treated. You are worth a moment or two.
