Last week, and week four of no makeup, no caffeinated coffee, no soda. By the time I upload this, I am done with my 30 day challenge and I already wore makeup again and started using my usual beauty routine again. I am still staying away from caffeinated coffee and soda because it’s easier to now, just to stick with other beverages that are less sugary and caffeinated, and nothing is better than water.
