Bubble Wrap ASMR

Bubble Wrap, Fist Tapping, and Fidget Spinners, plus Finger Fluttering. A good mix of triggers and some soft spoken to whispering talk to help you relax and fall asleep. Take the time to listen and hear what people think. It doesn't cost anything to listen to someone who needs to talk. I also mention a fellow artist and read one of his latest letters. Tony Bomboni is a young artist who reminds me of my sons and their friends. It's tough for the young men growing up today, and I like to be supportive and helpful when I can. Check his channel out at: https://www.youtube.com/user/Asmrer It's important we take the time to listen and that we also self reflect on issues we may have. None of us are perfect and I need to work on several things myself. Being that it is Spring time, it's a good time to try to make changes in your life to improve things. Give it time and when you look back, hopefully things will be better for you. I do not have a patron account. If you'd like to support the channel Check me out on the Tingle App At: https://tingles.app.link/TirarADeguello Best Phone App for ASMR. You can use it Free or Support my channel. Your choice. Autonomous sensory meridian response (ASMR) is a term used for an experience characterized by a static-like or tingling sensation on the skin that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. It has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia. ASMR signifies the subjective experience of "low-grade euphoria" characterised by "a combination of positive feelings and a distinct static-like tingling sensation on the skin". It is most commonly triggered by specific acoustic, visual and digital media stimuli, and less commonly by intentional attentional control.
