You just need to try them while watch a few videos about triggers that above I said. And you can find your special triggers in this way. What is the benefit? As I said before, these special triggers will make you so sleepy and relaxed. What can you use it for? Anxiety, sleep disorders, stress relief, freshing energy, studying, insomnia etc. Why I am doing these type videos in my channel? I just want to share my ability about asmr.
