I am using my main language (Turkish), English and Korean in my videos. So, what is ASMR? Simply, ASMR is a tingle land for our soul. You can feel that in your body, soul and mind. First of all you need to find your triggers to feeling this asmr. What are these triggers? Everything it can be.. but there are lots of categories about it. Like tapping, crinkle, scratching, massage, soft spoke, whisper, medical exam, role play videos and also all ear stuff contents.. ear cleaning, ear massage, ear touching etc. How you can find it? You just need to try them while watch a few videos about triggers that above I said. And you can find your special triggers in this way. What is the benefit? As I said before, these special triggers will make you so sleepy and relaxed. What can you use it for? Anxiety, sleep disorders, stress relief, freshing energy, studying, insomnia etc. Why I am doing these type videos in my channel? I just want to share my ability about asmr.
