The ASMR Kitchen: Bean Bowl (v)

One of my favourite Mexican-themed main dishes that has a smokey and savoury quality.
Of course you serve with cheese; and sour cream is my sauce of choice.
Ingredients:
Garlic
Chipotle
Tomato puree
Bell pepper
2 different tins of beans (cannellini, kidney, butter all work well)
Sour cream
Cheddar cheese
Salt
Sugar
Spring onion
Tortillas
