Hello and welcome back!! Today's video is quite different because I wanted to open up to you about my recent experience with anxiety 🥺. I wanted to use this platform to chat with you all and hopefully bring you comfort that you are not alone if you experience anxiety! This is a mostly whispered video in a hopefully dark and relaxing environment, I do babble a lot and go off course a few times, but hopefully the message is clear.
