Season 2 now, detective Doakes is SO funny! My stamina has gotten so much better, I feel like I'm finally confident in figure skating jumps again and it feels amazing, until this afternoon when one of my coaches told me my double axel is nice but it wasn't 'doubley enough', I need to rotate faster ;( I'm still missing 0.5 of the 2.5 rotations, I can get around 2 rotations, but my hips aren't fast enough. I got really upset the other day because I skated around maybe 25 times and didn't feel any closer to it, just fell 25 times or landed only 2 rotations. I just feel like a fake figure skater for being at this level and unable to do double axel. I'll put more work in and hopefully I can do it soon. I went roller skating this week, it's my second time trying roller skating. I got the hang of it really fast because it's similar to figure skating, I do wish I was in rollerblades instead though. However the first 10 minutes was TERRIFYING, so scary, me and my friend couldn't even stand up after putting on the roller skates, I genuinely thought I was gonna have to crawl with my stuff to give it to the worker. I understand what it was like to be a beginner figure skater again. SO SCARY. I also saw the Minecraft movie... as a Minecraft lover, I was extremely disappointed, that game was basically my whole childhood and I was kinda sad that the movie was just pure comedy instead of having any emotional aspects. The music in the game is beautiful and Minecraft holds memories and nostalgia for a lot of people now, especially considering that the younger generation mostly play Roblox. I understand it was a movie for kids, and I did actually laugh a lot. The funniest joke to me was the scene with the villager and Jennifer Coolidge, and the waiter was like "Are you finished?" and she was like "No, I think he's Swedish" omfg. Idk why that had me creasing in the cinema. It felt more like the Mario Bros movie in a different font. Jack Black is a great actor but I didn't really see any Steve in him, just playing himself in a blue top. Natalie's only personality was caring for her brother, didn't even get to see the girls building that Mushroom hut, tbh the girls barely did anything. I thought the villains kinda sucked, and they put these swift shoes on an Iron Golem at the end, what is this, terraria? That had nothing to do with Minecraft ;_; I hope they don't make a terraria film and nerf it like this. Also, they didn't even mine, in MINE craft... It felt like the writers didn't really understand the game much. I feel like this film should've been created 8 years ago, and it should've been animated. I wish the budget would've gone on promoting the actual game and maybe bringing some old servers back to life, but perhaps that's just my nostalgia talking. Still thinking about those old skin competitions, asuna x kirito SAO role-plays in creative servers, castle siege on mineplex, mcpz murder, RIPPPPPP... Anyway, I have some games I'm interested in playing. I wanna play bloodborne, didn't realise it wasn't on PC but thankfully my sister has a PS4 but apparently it's in 30 fps too, is that changeable? ;_; Also thinking of playing Elden ring ;o Gonna try and get further in NieR replicant this weekend, I've been mostly addicted to overwatch & I've become pretty good at Freja actually, but playing ranked is a nightmare at my current level, literally my only choice is tank to carry otherwise my team loses.
