Hi my Phan Club! Today I made Spicy Enoki Mushrooms. If you guys never tried Enokis before...they are a noodle like mushrooms that stay crunchy even after you cook them. They soak up sauces and broth very well and holds all the flavors in each strand. The sauce I made it a bit spicy, salty and sweet but not over powering the mushroom flavor. The beginning of the video has cooking clips on how I cooked them and made the sauce. I hope you guys try out this recipe. These were SOOO good! You will not be disappointed!!
