Hi Phan Club!! Today I’m having Kimchi Stew. It’s one of those comforting meals that make you sweat LOL. The pork belly is so yummy when it boils in the broth. The fatty edges gives it so much texture and flavors. I also add a ton of tofu. It’s one of my favorite things in the soup along with enoki mushrooms, spinach and kimchi. Add some warm white rice and can’t go wrong with this dish 😋. So yummy! Hope you guys enjoyed this. Love you!!
