as per the requests from people from my latest lives and some comments from previous videos, I decided to make my first gym workout video, in which I will be showing you how to build your arms, as I have done so far.

What is ASMR? ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. Basically, it is a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particula sound. It is triggered by things like whispering voices, paper tearing, and scalp massage, personal attention and etc.
