[ASMR] Deep Scratching & Words of Affirmation ❤️

HELLOOO ANGELS ❤️ I come to you with a deep and soooooothing words of affirmations video! I find the deep breathy whispers to be soooo cathartic. They remind me to naturally breathe deeper which is super important because shallow breathing makes anxiety worse or can even cause it. I used to feel silly breathing deeply (and making noise in general) by myself, but there is literally nothing stopping you from doing so :D So take a NICE BIG DEEP BREATH AND SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIGH IT OUT!!! AND TAKE A BIIIIG STRETCH!!! It's actually crazy how much better I feel after! Anyone else talk to themselves when they're alone? It's become almost normal for me to go about my day / life as if I'm my own op friend. I'll gas myself up, comfort myself, talk through plans and ideas by myself... If mirror talk was a person, that would actually be me. Anyway I'm sharing that just in case you thought you were crazy for talking to yourself like i did 😂 It's normal and healthy and no you're not crazy. ALSO ALSO!! I always struggled with words of affirmation because I had a difficult time believing them myself, much less from others (I've always been incredibly hard on myself, enough to make me fall sick). But something changed in me recently. I've finally come to accept that we are all inherently worthy and deserving of a good peaceful life.. and it's okay to let go and not be so perfect. So these words of affirmations are me reminding you of this truth. And to remind everyone that the best we can do sometimes, is to just trust ourselves. And to be kind 😊❤️ Your guys' positivity and words of affirmation flooding my comments over the years has helped me more than you know.
